Concurrent with the execution of the Securities Purchase Agreement, the company and the Southern Ute Indian Tribe Growth Fund entered into a two-year Participation Agreement whereby the Southern Ute Indian Tribe Growth Fund will have the right to acquire an 18.75% interest in all of Contango's oil and natural gas exploration and development projects and proved property acquisitions. The Southern Ute Indian Tribe Growth Fund, simultaneous with today's equity purchase, invested $480,000 in the company's exploration program. Kenneth R.
