Consumers are becoming increasingly wary of e-mail because of spam and online security threats, according to a new study release by Haveas, Inc., Mountain View, CA, a provider e-mail compliance and reputation management.


Consumers are becoming increasingly wary of e-mail because of spam and online security threats, according to a new study release by Haveas, Inc., Mountain View, CA, a provider e-mail compliance and reputation management.

Of the 2,000 consumers that participated in the sudy, 62% had concerns about becoming victims of fraud and 60% reported spam is becoming worse.

The study was conducted online by Ipsos-Reid.
