The agreement provides ConsumerNet with the exclusive rights to market and sell AdTools innovative IceNine product to the television and music industries. ConsumerNet will leverage AdTools' state-of-the-art technology to conduct highly targeted direct marketing campaigns to its proprietary database comprised of over 2 million opt-in consumers.

ConsumerNet clients now have the ability to identify consumers based on over 50 fields of information including demographic and self-reported preferences. Clients can also e-mail an instant-play, audio commercial spot of up to 60 seconds, which includes built-in database functions, instant text updates, three hyperlinks and synchronized syn·chro·nize
