Consultants expand at prime Kushner complex.

SKG Consulting, a leading executive search and recruiting firm, has renewed and expanded its lease commitment at Kushner Companies' 30 Vreeland Avenue office building in Florham Park, New Jersey, announced Ira Bloom, director of leasing for Kushner Properties.

A tenant at the 75,962-square-foot building for 25 years, SKG Consulting has added 1,700 square feet to its headquarters office there, for a total of 7,116 square feet.

Bloom and Mike Garibaldi of The Garibaldi Group represented Kushner Companies and SKG Consulting in negotiating the multi-year transaction. Kushner Properties, the commercial leasing and management arm of Kushner Companies, is currently fitting out the new space.

Founded in 1971, SKG Consulting maintains three distinct divisions that operate out of the Florham Park headquarters as well as a Manhattan office.

The Jarvis Walker Group specializes in the recruitment of information technology professionals, The Foster McKay Group focuses on the recruitment of finance and accounting professionals, and Technology Resource Management provides information technology professionals on a contracting/consulting basis.
