 firm, Peterson Consulting Limited Partnership, has signed a 10-year lease for 14,500 square feet to relocate its New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 office to Americas Tower, the 1 million square foot office building at 1177 Avenue of the Americas. Peterson is an internationally acclaimed management consulting firm, with specialties in the construction and finance industries.

Presently located at 805 Third Ave., Peterson will take occupancy of the Americas Tower space in December.

The Peterson Consulting deal, on the heels of recent transactions with Price Waterhouse for 350,000 square feet and Bank Hapoalim Bank Hapoalim (Hebrew: בנק הפועלים‎ lit. Bank of the Workers) is the largest Israeli bank.  for 70,000 square feet, results in Americas Tower having leased 45 percent of its space only four months after its opening.
