Consulier Engineering Reports Six Month Earnings and CRA-Z Soap Developments.

Consulier Engineering, Inc. (Nasdaq:CSLR) of Tequesta, Florida reported net income for the six month period ended June 30, 1999 of $123,278, or $0.03 per common share, compared to net income of $55,239, or $0.01 per common share, for the six month period of 1998.

Consulier has acquired exclusive rights to the name CRA-Z(TM) for its CRA-Z(TM) Soap Hand and All Purpose Cleaner brand, and has filed for national and international trademark protection.

"We know we have the finest and most cost effective hand and multi-use cleaner on the market, and as the brand owner, we are able to price aggressively for wholesale distribution. The hand cleaner market is over $2 billion annually, and we are establishing a distribution network capable of claiming a substantial share," stated Bernardo Davila, CEO of Southeast Automotive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Consulier.

Southeast Automotive has developed new retail point of sale packaging, a single bar wall-mounted holder, and a new four bar industrial dispenser that grinds the soap into powder form. CRA-Z(TM) Soap will also be promoted nationwide on the new Funpad (www.funpad.com) being developed by Entertainment Systems Technologies, Huntington Beach, California.
