TEQUESTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 1996--Consulier Engineering Inc. of Tequesta, reported net income of $942,403, or $.35 per share, for 1995, compared with net income of $858,472, or $.34 per share in 1994.

 earnings increased $172,000 to $1,528,403. Sales of Southeast Automotive, the company's automotive parts distribution subsidiary, increased 42% to a record $2,588,000 with Southeast pretax earnings increasing $160,200 to $358,500 in 1995 from $198,300 in 1994 (both records). Earnings from Consulier's investment in Adams, Viner & Mosler Ltd. (a government bond dealership) increased $204,000 to $1,927,200 representing an annual return on investment of 84%. These increases were offset by a $51,700 increase in Corporate operating expenses due to increased spending on product research and development, and a reduction in Southeast quarterly earnings of $5,100. Despite the slight reduction in quarterly Southeast results, management expects continued improvement in this subsidiaries operating results for 1996.
