 of Senegal has signed a five-year lease for a 4,000 s/f second floor office at 4 West 125th Street for $30 sq/ft.

The Consulate Consulate, 1799–1804, in French history, form of government established after the coup of 18 Brumaire (Nov. 9–10, 1799), which ended the Directory.  General's office, with a staff of 20 people, will move from 271 West 125th Street in the (Bishop Building) to their new Harlem location later this month.

"The consulate wanted to stay in Harlem and this new building gives them a great space to work with," said Jeff Schettino, vice president of Giscombe Realty who represented the tenant. The landlord was Harlem Capital Center, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
