Construction starts on spec office building. (New Jersey).


Newmark JGT JGT Journal of Graphic Tools , exclusive leasing agent for Metrotop II, has announced that construction has commenced on one of the largest speculative Class A office developments in New Jersey. Metrotop II, a 265,000-SF, 10-story office building with multi-level parking garage and retail amenities, is being developed in the prestigious Metropark submarket by Atlantic Realty and Development Corporation.

Newmark JGT's Robert Dinner, Paul Giannone and Marc Shein, all principals of the firm, are the exclusive leasing agents for Metroptop II. Rothe-Johnson-Fantacone is the project's architect.

Strategically located at 115 Wood Avenue South, Metrotop II is adjacent to the Woodbridge Hilton Hotel, walking distance from the Metropark Rail Station (NJ Transit and Amtrak Amtrak, the National Railroad Passenger Corp., authorized to operate virtually all intercity passenger railroad routes in the United States.
