 communities on Long Island, Lynbrook-based Engel Burman Senior Housing has begun construction of its latest showcase community - The Bristal at North Woodmere, which is expected to open next summer at 477 Hungry Harbor Road in Nassau County's fashionable "Five Towns" district.

The amenity-laden 99 suite community will feature a wide variety of residences, including studios, one and two bedroom units and Friendship suites, which feature a private bedroom and private bathroom.

Other services will include housekeeping A set of instructions that are executed at the beginning of a program.
