Construction slated to begin on new Grand Beekman condos.


Construction will begin this spring on the first new major residential development within the Beekman Place enclave in more than 25 years. Rising 32 stories, Grand Beekman, at 400 E. 51st St., will boast breathtaking views of the city skyline and East River and capture the grace and grandeur of the exclusive Beekman Place neighborhood.
