One Northside Piers, a 29-story luxury condominium condominium

Residences in One Northside Piers feature floor-to-ceiling windows and range in size from 513 SF to 1,877 SF. There are also four townhouses ranging in size from 2,651 s/f to 3,276 s/f. Designed by FXFowle Architects, Northside Piers is a development of Toll Brothers City Living, RD Management and L&M Equity Participants, Ltd.

When fully complete, Northside Piers will offer a total of more than 800 homes in three high rise buildings and townhouses.
