Construction industry practice group joins firm.


A six-partner Construction Industry Practice Group has joined the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 office of McCarter & English, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol .

James E. Frankel and Eugene R. Scheiman, who become practice Co-Chairs, and Mary Jane Augustine, Andrew Ross, Mark A. Bloom and Robert S. Bernstein were with the New York office of Buchanan Ingersoll PC.

Eugene R. Mary Jane Augustine, partner, is a transactional lawyer who is also experienced in construction industry intellectual property protection and licensing.
