Construction complete in NJ on new Metro Park office bldg

Exterior construction has been completed on Metroview, a new 195,000 square foot office building in the Metro Park corporate campus, announced Thomas V. Bermingham, senior vice president of Chubb Realty, Inc., the property's New York-based developer.

The four-story office building's brick and granite exterior has been designed to complement the J.M. Huber Corporation headquarters building located on an adjoining site.

"Metroview has been conceived and developed for tenants who want a first-class corporate address in one of central New Jersey's pre-eminent locations," said Bermingham.

The property is located just one mile north of the intersection of the New Jersey Turnpike
