Construction Innovation Scholar Seminar in conjunction with the
Construction Innovation Celebration.

Mock Jury.
-- Identify, solicit, and obtain nomination of an innovation for the
NOVA Award and perform research on NOVA Award nominations as
directed by the CIF.
