Construction Begins on Woodlands Technology Campus: Exceptional Class a Office Space in Bothell.


BOTHELL, Wash. -- Ground has been broken on Woodlands Technology Campus in Bothell, a spectacular new Class A office campus offering over 700,000 square feet of available space.

Located in Canyon Park Business Center, the four-building, 35-acre development is expected to attract a range of high-technology, bio-medical and other businesses. The site offers easy freeway access, a robust fiber optic system and abundant amenities -- all in a protected natural setting with ponds, streams and walking paths.

Site preparation has begun on Building One, an 85,000 square foot, three-story office building currently available for lease. It is expected to be completed by early next year, with the first tenant occupying space on March 1, 2007.
