By Jamal Yali KUWAIT, Oct 28 (KUNA) -- The Constitutional Court was Wednesday ruling in 11 cases filed by candidates contesting the results of the 2009 municipal and parliamentary elections, one contesting the municipal results and another ten contesting the parliamentary elections results, but announced one winning case only so far.Presided by Chief Justice Faisal Abdelaziz Al-Mershed, the court ruled that Badi Al-Dowsiri's parliament membership was void and that Khalid Al-Adwa was now the new MP in the Fifth Constituency.All remaining contestations were rejected.The cases were filed by Mohammad Al-Kanderi from the first constituency; by Abdellatif Al-Amiri, Hani Mukhtar Hussein, Mohammad Hassan Qasim, Hani Hassan Qasim, and Hamad Mohammad Al-Mutar in the second constituency; by Khalid Sami Mulla, Mubarak Sadoun Al-Mutawwa, Abdulla Mubarak Sadoun Al-Mutawwa, and Hamad Al-Nashi from the third constituency.In the fourth constituency, cases were filed by Mansour Kurdi Kurdi a carpetwool, polled, fat-tailed, black sheep from the Middle East, with many ethnic varieties. Al-Shimmiri and Tareq Humoud Al-Hattab, and the fifth constituency cases were filed by Khalid Salim Al-Adwa and Fahad Ayyad Al-Mutairi.The court was also considering a municipal elections results challenge filed by Khalid Srayye Al-Hajri.
