Constitution Corporate Credit Union and VSoft Go Beyond Compliance, Take Check 21 to the Next Level; MyCheckImages.com Complements Day One and Day Two Solutions.

Business Editors

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2004

VSoft Corporation, a global information and technology provider of banking solutions, announced that Constitution Corporate Credit Union has agreed to implement its Check 21 solutions. VSoft's Check 21 product suite will allow Constitution, as a provider of item processing services to credit unions, to create MICR-readable, substitute share drafts (checks) and electronically supply share draft images to its member credit unions and the Federal Reserve.

"As the deadline for Check 21 compliance approaches, our members are primarily concerned with educating their staff on the handling of substitute checks, the re-credit process and providing proper Check 21 disclosures to their members," said Noreen Noreen, or BID 590, was an off-line one-time tape cipher machine of British origin, and also used by Canada. It was widely used in diplomatic stations. See also

Lagasse, manager of item processing, Constitution Corporate Credit Union. "VSoft not only meets these needs, but also provides opportunities for our credit unions to improve operational performance."

VSoft's Check 21 Clearing products allow credit unions to electronically send images of share drafts to central processing centers throughout the day using its Branch Item Capture product, instead of physically sending share drafts for processing at the end of the day in a single batch. The Clearing products also allow credit unions to sort share draft images through the Virtual Sorter product in a fraction of the time it takes to process share drafts through a traditional sorter.

for VSoft customers," said Murthy Veeraghanta, president, VSoft Corporation. "Our Check 21 suite saves credit unions time and man power, allowing employees to focus on their core business, and improving customer service and daily operations."

VSoft's Check 21 Clearing products allow outgoing electronic share draft images to be sent to the Federal Reserve instantly, while the Check 21 Return products allow for the Federal Reserve to return share draft images to the credit union.

Constitution is also preparing to launch MyCheckImages.com, an alternative solution for Internet Internet

banking, which it developed in partnership with VSoft. MyCheckImages.com will allow credit union members to view high quality share draft images online, print images and e-mail or fax images directly from the Web, eliminating the need for paper. Constitution's members will also be able to request share draft changes online.

"MyCheckImages.com enables basic Internet banking functionality, without the overwhelming cost," added Lagasse.
