Constellation Group.

The Constellation Group announced the following transactions:

* Saporita Pizza leased 2,000 s/f ground floor retail space at 27 Smith Street, Brooklyn. This is the company's third Brooklyn location. The restaurant is completing an extensive build out of the space.

* Shibui, Inc., a Japanese antiques dealer relocating from the West Coast, leased 5,000 s/fat 306 Water Street, Brooklyn. The building features extremely high ceilings and a large open column free space. The Constellation Group was represented in house by Paul Toeci and the tenant was represented by Lori Zagat MeNichol of Prudential Douglas Elliman.
