Constella Group Employee Awarded 2006 Truman Award of Leadership and Innovation.WASHINGTON -- The Society for International Development has awarded Constella Group employee, Nadia Carvalho, with the Truman Award of Leadership and Innovation by Young Professionals in International Development. The Society's Washington, D.C., chapter presented Carvalho the award at its 2006 annual conference on Feb. 14, 2006, at the George Washington University George Washington University, at Washington, D.C.; coeducational; chartered 1821 as Columbian College (one of the first nonsectarian colleges), opened 1822, became a university in 1873, renamed 1904. Since August 2004, Carvalho has quickly established herself as an essential part of the Mekong portfolio of the POLICY Project.
