Constar International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNST) announced today that it has rescheduled its fourth quarter and year-end results and conference call for the period ended December 31, 2002 for March 5, 2003.

James C. Cook, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, stated, "The 2002 fourth quarter is the first reporting period for Constar since its November 15 initial public offering. Unfortunately, after a complex transaction such as our IPO spin-off, closing out the year, completing the year-end audit, and reporting the results is taking longer than anticipated."
