) today announced that its Board of Directors has elected John P. Neafsey as Chairman of the Company's Board. Charles F. Casey, Constar's former Chairman, will remain as a director of the Company.

Mr. Neafsey has been a member of Constar's Board of Directors since July 2003.

Mr. Neafsey is Trustee Emeritus and Presidential Counselor, Cornell University Cornell University, mainly at Ithaca, N.Y.; with land-grant, state, and private support; coeducational; chartered 1865, opened 1868.
