Olson will also appear at the INBOX East Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, Nov 17-19, sharing her views about the implications for small businesses once authentication solutions have been fully developed, tested, and deployed.

"The upcoming FTC Summit and INBOX East discussions are important forums for raising awareness about the strengths and limitations of the various email authentication proposals," said Margaret Olson, chief technology officer for Constant Contact.
