), a leading provider of email marketing and online surveys for small organizations, today announced that Robert D. Nicoson has joined the company as its chief human resources officer. In this newly created position, Nicoson will serve as a member of the executive team, overseeing all human resources programs, practices, and policies that support Constant Contact's business needs, culture, and executive leadership.

In his most recent role as vice president of human resources at Gather Inc., Nicoson built a full scale human resources operation from the ground up. During his time there, he established employee benefits programs, staff recruiting processes, and compensation and performance management systems. Previously, Nicoson held executive human resource positions with the Weston Jesuit School of Theology Weston Jesuit School of Theology in Cambridge, Massachusetts is a graduate divinity school and an ecclesiastical faculty and theology that trains men and women, both lay and religious, for service, especially for the Roman Catholic Church. , CertaLogic Inc., Scala Business Solutions NV, The Pioneer Group, Lotus Development Corp., and Atex, Inc.
