) today announced the signing of a license/development agreement with Hyper-Devbox of Japan to develop two new video games on the Sony PSP (PlayStation Portable) See PlayStation.  platform. Under the terms of the agreement, Conspiracy Entertainment will receive worldwide publishing and marketing rights for the new games. The companies are planning to release both titles in 2005.
