Consolo and Aquino bring Fresh outlook to ABC Land.The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, and Joseph A. Aquino, formerly with Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. and now heading up the retail team at Prudential Douglas Elliman, represented both the landlord and tenant in the leasing of 870-872 Broadway, to Fresh for its newest Manhattan boutique. Situated at the southeast corner of 18th Street, the 900 s/f store is scheduled to open on the ground floor in Spring 2005. Ms. Consolo explains, "The lifestyle products of this Boston-based company, now a division of LVMH LVMH Moët Hennessy-Louis Vuitton (upscale retailer) , include skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, bodycare, and accessories for the home. "We had the good fortune to introduce Fresh to New York--bringing the retailer to its original Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. boutique and also to its stores in the West Village, Nolita and, earlier this year, its new "Golden Mile" location. This new store, which will be Fresh's seventh in New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of , will put the retailer right in the heart of "ABC ABC in full American Broadcasting Co.
