Consolidated Thompson Completes One Million Dollar Financing & Appoints New Board Members & Management Team.TORONTO -- Consolidated Thompson-Lundmark Gold Mines Limited (TSX TSX Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE before April, 2002) TSX Transfer from Stack Pointer to Index TSX True Space Extension VENTURE:CLM) is pleased to announce that its previously announced private placement financing, has been completed. A total of 1,837,272 Units and 2,927,272 Flow Through Units were issued pursuant to the financing for gross proceeds of $1,048,199.68. Each Unit consists of one Common Share and one Common Share purchase warrant ("Warrant") at a price of $0.22 per Unit. Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Common Share, exercisable at a price of $0.29 per share until June 1, 2007. Each Flow Through Unit consists of one Flow Through share and one Warrant at a price of $0.22 per Flow Through Unit. Each of Common Shares, Flow Through Shares and the shares issued upon the exercise of the Warrants will be subject to a hold period that will expire on October 2, 2005. The proceeds will be used by the Company for exploration purposes at its Bloom Lake property as well as for general corporate purposes. In connection with the financing, Kurt Portmann, was provided with a finder's fee of $45,969.97. MANAGEMENT & DIRECTORS As part of the restructuring, Consolidated Thompson has installed a new Board and Management team.
