Consolidated Sports Media Group, Inc. Responds to NASCAR'S Claims in Lawsuit.

ADDISON, Texas Addison is a city in Dallas County, Texas (USA). The population was 14,166 at the 2000 census. Addison is a northern suburb of Dallas. The city calls itself the Town of Addison but it is incorporated as a city.  -- In reaction to the federal lawsuit filed against it by NASCAR NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing), organization that sanctions American stock-car races, est. 1948. It held its first race in Daytona Beach, Fla. , Consolidated Sports Media Sports Media, Inc. (SMI) is a Sports Media and Marketing company that produces radio and television programming as well as representing professional athletes. 2002 Cowboys Live - Hosted by Dallas Cowboys Joey Galloway  Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSGU) responded today with a respectful denial.

CSGU denies that businessman John Eckerd is a company co-founder, shareholder or officer; denies any formal connection with Ni4Ni Productions; and denies authorizing Daystrike Marketing to distribute unauthorized or unlawful information. In addition, CSGU denies any NASCAR trademark or service mark infringement in regards to its Racetrack Girls Go Nutz video series and its Internet home at www.racetrackgirls.com.

"The claims made against the Company are unfounded," said CSGU President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Scott Schepper. "Because of our appreciation and respect for NASCAR and its fans, all the products on www.racetrackgirls.com were painstakingly scrutinized specifically to adhere to current trademark laws. It's unfortunate to be accused of using NASCAR's service mark for profit, or somehow doing damage to NASCAR's reputation. Both charges are patently untrue."

Thanks in part to recent positive mentions on various web sites, and in a variety of publications, orders for the Racetrack Girls Go Nutz series' first video -- Girls of the Dirty South -- are experiencing a tremendous spike. Furthermore, CSGU still plans an official, nationally televised advertising launch for Girls of the Dirty South in January.

The first video of the series is currently available, for free, at www.racetrackgirls.com. The videos feature real, raw and uncensored fans partying near race venues around the country.
