Consolidated Pictures Changes Name and Symbol to Y-Tel International, Inc. -YTLI-.

MIAMI -- (OTCBB:CPUR) Consolidated Pictures announced today that it has changed its name to Y-Tel International Inc. with the new symbol of YTLI. The new symbol will take effect Thursday, December 23rd, 2004.

Y-Tel is in the international telecommunications industry. Principle offices are located in North Miami Beach at 1100 N.W. 163 Dr., North Miami Beach, Florida, 33169, with Switching HUBS in Miami, Florida and Panama City, Panama. Y-Tel has an International Gateway switch in Miami, which is capable of handling multiple international carriers.

The HUBS' connectivity includes satellite, VoIP, fiber, and the NAP-Network Access Point. The Company is now engaged under contract with Digicel, one of the fastest growing GSM Cellular providers in the world. The contract has enabled Y-Tel to generate revenue from traffic originating throughout the Caribbean Islands. Y-Tel is also targeting markets in the rapidly developing Central and South American region. This area has been selected because it encompasses one of the fastest growing, underserved, regions among the emerging telecommunications markets.
