:CGK CGK Jakarta, Indonesia - Soekarno Hatta International (Airport Code; aka Cenkareng) ) At the request of the Alberta Stock Exchange, Consolidated Gold Hawk Resources Inc. ("Gold Hawk") announces that it is negotiating with a private company for the acquisition of a former gold producing property located in Peru. If an agreement is reached, Gold Hawk will acquire the property for 5 million common shares at a price of $0.25 per share and the vendor will subscribe for a maximum of two million common shares of Gold Hawk at a price of $0.25 per share, for proceeds to Gold Hawk of $500,000.

The proposed transaction may constitute a reverse take-over within the meaning of the rules of the Alberta Stock Exchange, in which case trading in the shares would be suspended sus·pend
