Consolidated Commerce Appoints New Vice President of Engineering; Software Industry Executive To Lead Product Development for Supply Chain Operations Leader.

CHICAGO, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 22, 2001

Consolidated Commerce, Inc., the leading provider of supply chain operations software solutions, today announced that it has named Samir (Sam) Gulve vice president of engineering. Gulve will be responsible for overall product development of Consolidated Commerce's supply chain operations solution. Bryan Eckhoff, previously vice president of product development and delivery, will shift his primary focus to serve as vice president of product strategy and services.

Gulve brings more than 15 years of software industry experience to the Consolidated Commerce team. Most recently, Gulve served as executive director of systems engineering for Calico Commerce, Inc., where he was in charge of product architecture, competitive positioning and the development of technological partnerships.
