Considerate Olivia saluted; Pupil of the Week.


EACH week Echo Education salutes a pupil going that extra mile.

Stepping into the limelight today is Olivia Whittaker.

The 10-year-old pupil of St Anne's CE Stanley Primary School was handed the Pupil of the Week honour after staff dubbed her a "role model".

Old Swan is an inner-city area of Liverpool, Merseyside, England. It is located fairly centrally in the city, bordered by Stoneycroft, Dovecot, Broadgreen, Edge Hill and Fairfield and Wavertree.

And she is also a pupil who gets involved with all aspects of school life including its array of after school clubs.

Temporary assistant headteacher, Julie Simons said: "Olivia is really kind, considerate and some one who is such a good role model.

"She is there for the children and is a really good listener not just for children in her year but older and younger children.

"She is absolutely delightful."
