Consera Software today unveiled TeamConsera, a managed partner program consisting of six Infrastructure Service Providers as charter members. These strategic partners will focus on supporting and extending Consera's reach through product use, sales and new product development. Additionally, partners participating in TeamConsera will realize improved margins and business development opportunities, and will have access to advanced training, co-marketing resources and funds, joint business development opportunities and the Consera development team and technical resources. Charter members of TeamConsera include Econium LLC, Greenwich Technology Partners, Immedient, Interknowlogy, Intron Group and Ness Technologies. Consera was founded by Microsoft veteran Frank Artale and received Series A venture funding from Ignition Partners, Intel Capital and Matrix Partners, totaling $8.5 million.

Infrastructure Service Providers who join TeamConsera will work closely with the company in a wide range of capacities, including:

-- Active Business Development -- Members will have support from

a dedicated Business Development Manager who will identify

relevant business opportunities, provide sales and marketing

support and materials, and deliver technical information as

needed. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will also

provide opportunities for training on new products and

technologies, as well as new trends in the Infrastructure

Management market.

-- New Product Development and Testing -- TeamConsera partners

will play a critical role in determining new product features

and functionality, test early release software and work

closely with the research and development team as needed.

-- Co-Marketing and Promotion Activities -- Participants will

have access to marketing and promotion programs to assist them

in extending the reach of their marketing programs.

-- Partners-Only Web Portal -- A partner portal will house sales

tools, marketing materials and a community forum for

TeamConsera Partners.

In return, TeamConsera members are required to provide customer references, solid Microsoft Infrastructure Practices knowledge and active beta testing participation on current and future products.
