Conseco Selects Verint Opus Performance Management Solution; Solution Delivers Actionable Intelligence for a Holistic View of Performance Across Customer-Facing and Back Office Operations.

(NYSE:CNO), a premier provider of insurance products, has deployed Verint's Opus solution to enhance operational performance across three business units, including its call center operations, policy holder services and medical management divisions.

Verint's Opus solution will help Conseco improve operational performance by identifying the root causes of service performance issues and continually monitoring the effectiveness of their operations.
