Conseco Finance Corp. announced that Neal S. Cohen cohen
 or kohen

 will join the company in May as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will report to Bruce Crittenden, Conseco Finance president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. . Most recently, Cohen served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Sylvan Learning Systems.

Neal Cohen brings eighteen years of financial and corporate planning experience to Conseco Finance Corp. Prior to Sylvan Learning Systems, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Budget Group, the parent of Budget Car and Truck Rental. In both roles, he directed all company finance activities.

Prior to Budget Group, Cohen spent eight years with Northwest Airlines in a variety of financial and corporate planning roles, serving most recently as senior vice president and treasurer. Treasury and tax activities, budgets, capital, forecasting, labor analysis, and corporate planning were among his responsibilities while at Northwest Airlines. He also worked for General Motors Corporation at the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Treasurer's office for seven years in business development and finance positions.

Neal Cohen received his Masters of Business Administration in finance/accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Recruiters also voice a strongly positive opinion of students.
