ConocoPhillips gets it right. (Business).


When Conoco and Phillips Phil·lips  

A trademark used for a screw with a head having two intersecting perpendicular slots and for a screwdriver with a tip shaped to fit into these slots.
 Petroleum merged last August, the new company rescinded Conoco's policy banning antigay discrimination.

 made it public, the Houston-based ConocoPhillips changed its mind.
