ConocoPhillips Puts Final Touches on Festival For 1,200 Houston Area Special Olympics Athletes.

A free, 26-tent festival is being developed by ConocoPhillips employee volunteers and corporate partners to complement the 29th annual Spring Games track and field regional competition of Special Olympics Special Olympics
