Connor Announces Plans For Malaysian Factory.

SINGAPORE -- Connor Manufacturing Services announces it has begun manufacturing in Johor Bahru, Malaysia in September 2006. Rapid growth in the SE Asian marketplace and the addition of new manufacturing capabilities to service this growth combined to drive the need for additional manufacturing space. The renovation of a 24,000 sq.ft. facility is complete and equipment is being moved in. "Johor proved to be the perfect location to supplement our Singapore operations by allowing us to maintain our cost competitiveness and improve our responsiveness," said HC Tan, Managing Director of Asian Operations.
