GREENS WORLDWIDE INCORPORATED (OTCBB:GWWI) Board of Directors has appointed Connie Ross to the post of Chairperson, President, CEO and Chief Operating Officer for the ensuing year. The other officers elected are as follows:

The Board of Directors will consist of Ross, Jon Haahr, Heinen, Robert A. Massi, Patrick J. McGroder III, Oesterle and Albert B. Spector, Jr.

Prior to joining Greens Worldwide, Ross served as a casino executive specializing in project development and marketing for the Imperial Palace properties in Las Vegas and Biloxi, Miss., where she spearheaded many successful endeavors, including the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. She received the Outstanding Woman in Tourism and Circle of Excellence Awards from the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and was cited by the Nevada Attorney General for being an "outstanding role model for women in Nevada."

Greens Worldwide Incorporated will open The Greens of Las Vegas, a golf-putting attraction, on July 7, 2003, with the Eco Putting Course and Bogees Sports Bar and Grill at Premiere Park. Hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. seven days a week.
