Connexn Technologies, a global provider of revenue assurance solutions for communication service providers (CSPs), today announced it has acquired Telecomms Consultancy & Solutions, Ltd. (TCS), a U.K.-based provider of revenue assurance software and services designed exclusively to solve revenue leakage problems associated with usage data services.

The acquisition of TCS greatly strengthens and expands the scope of Connexn Technologies' revenue assurance offering. By adding usage data revenue assurance capabilities to its existing service activation solutions, the company can now help CSPs detect and correct two of the most prevalent areas of revenue leakage.
