Connexion by Boeing Selects Op40 as Strategic Supplier for Airborne Internet and Data Service.

Op40 Inc., today announced that Connexion by Boeing Connexion by Boeing (CBB) was an in-flight online connectivity service from Boeing. This service allowed travellers to access a high-speed internet connection while on board a plane in flight through a wired Ethernet or a wireless 802.11 Wi-Fi connection.  has selected Op40's Distributed Internet Server (DIS) software as a strategic component of the venture's innovative airborne broadband connectivity service.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
