The new facility is scheduled to expire on Oct. 28, 1996, and replaces the existing $100 million line of credit due to expire on Dec. 23, 1995.

Due to the Company's improved financial position, the terms of the new facility are more favorable than those in the expiring facility. This facility, along with the Company's cash and marketable securities Marketable Securities
