ConnectivCorp Changes Name to Majesco Holdings Inc.

ConnectivCorp, (OTCBB:CTTV) a publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment products for a variety of platforms, today announced that it has changed its name to Majesco Holdings Inc. Commencing with the opening of the market on April 14, 2004, the Company will trade on the OTC BB under the new ticker symbol, MJSH.
