Connecticut slay suspect due in court; Leominster native stabbed.

The ex-boyfriend of 2002 Leominster High School Leominster High School (also known as Leominster High or LHS) is a public high school located in Leominster, Massachusetts. It is the only secondary educational institution found in Leominster. It is situated on a sprawling 26-acre campus in the western area of Leominster.  graduate Tiana A. Notice is scheduled to appear in a Connecticut courthouse today to face charges he fatally stabbed Ms. Notice Saturday in Plainville, Conn.

Lovers' holiday celebrated on February 14, the feast day of St. Valentine, one of two 3rd-century Roman martyrs of the same name. St.
 around 9:45 p.m.; the caller said Ms. Notice had been stabbed.

Officers found Ms. Notice on the back deck of her Whiting Street building. She had been stabbed several times and although she was alive, she was not responding to authorities.

Ms. Notice, 25, was taken by ambulance to Hartford Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 11:45 p.m.

James P. Carter II, 28, of Bloomfield, Conn., was arrested Sunday morning and charged with murder, violation of a restraining order restraining order: see injunction.  and criminal trespass in the first degree. Mr. Carter is being held at the Plainville Police Department on a $2 million bond.

University of Hartford officials confirmed yesterday Ms. Notice was attending the college and pursuing her graduate degree in communications.

She helped organize the Roosevelt Institution, a nonpartisan political group aimed at increasing students' awareness of the political process.
