Connecticut Spotlights Community Health Centers During National Health Center Week to Help Residents Find Low-Cost Quality Health Care.HARTFORD, Conn. -- The Connecticut Primary Care Association and 12 nonprofit community health centers it represents are using National Health Center Week in August to launch a public information campaign on the community-based model of health care that exists in Connecticut.
