Conn's, Inc. Reports Record Sales Results for the Quarter Ended April 30, 2005.

Net sales for the quarter ended April 30, 2005 increased $20.4 million, or 17.2%, from $118.5 million for the quarter ended April 30, 2004 to $138.9 million for the quarter ended April 30, 2005. Same store sales Same Store Sales

The Company is a specialty retailer currently operating 51 retail locations in Texas and Louisiana. It sells major home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including projection, plasma, LCD and DLP (Digital Light Processing) A data projection technology from TI that produces clear, readable images on screens in lit rooms. DLP is used in all types of projection devices, from data projectors that weigh only a few pounds to large rear-projection TVs to electronic  televisions, camcorders, VCRs, DVD players and home theater An audio/video entertainment center that has a large-screen TV and hi-fi system with three speakers in the front (left, right and center) and left and right speakers in the rear.
