Conlin's Furniture, a leading American furniture retailer, today announced its plans for a grand re-opening in January 2006 of its Gateway Mall outlet center in Bismarck, North Dakota. The company plans to improve and expand the facility in response to its new agreement recently signed with Broyhill Furniture Industries, Inc. of Lenoir, North Carolina. The facility improvements will allow the company to effectively display Broyhill products in the Bismarck region's only Broyhill Home Furnishings Gallery.

Remodeling of the new 33,000 square feet facility should be complete by the end of the year with the company's grand re-opening set to take place January 1st, 2006. Details on the re-opening event will be announced by the company at a future date. On completion of this project the company plans to consolidate its downtown Bismarck location into the new renovated location, allowing it to focus its efforts on its business of offering quality products to its customers.
