Conley-Canitano Acquires Bureau van Dijk Computer Services.


CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jan. 29, 1999--In a move to strengthen client service in the southeastern and southwestern regions of the country, Conley-Canitano & Associates, Inc. (CCAi) this month acquired Bureau van Dijk van Dijk can refer to:
  • Arjan van Dijk (born 1987 in Utrecht(, dutch football player
  • Bill van Dijk (born 1947 in Rotterdam), dutch singer
  • Bryan van Dijk (born 1981), dutch judoka
  • Dick van Dijk (born 1946 in Gouda), dutch football player
 Computer Services in a cash and stock transaction.

This is the second major acquisition in the past nine months for Conley-Canitano.

Bureau van Dijk is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and has an office in Southern California. The Company employs about 60 consultants and support people. Their business is dedicated to implementing SAP(TM) software in Enterprise Resource Planning See ERP.
