Conley & Company Adds Mike Ahearn, Formerly of Charles River Ventures.

Ahearn has joined the company as a Managing Director. Mr. Ahearn brings over 25 years of recruitment experience, primarily in the technology and industrial sectors.

Previously, Mr. Ahearn served as a Partner of the Boston office for TASA Worldwide, an International Executive Search firm. During 1993-97, he served as Vice President and head of Human Resources at Intuit, Inc. which grew from 200 employees to over 3,500. From 1986-93, Mr. Ahearn held several senior-level positions at Apple Computer, Inc., including head of Human Resources for Apple USA and Worldwide Vice President for Human Resources for Claris. Apple USA grew from less than 1,000 to over 4,000 employees and revenue went from a few hundred million to $4 billion during his tenure in that role.

Before joining Apple, Mr. Ahearn spent ten years with Norton Co. (Worcester, Mass.), a $1+ billion international manufacturer of abrasives, ceramics, biomedical bi·o·med·i·cal
