North Eugene and Willamette continued to reap the rewards from their state championships when the Class 5A all-state basketball teams were announced Wednesday.

North Eugene's 6-foot-8 junior post Brian Conklin, who averaged 19.6 points, 11.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game, was named boys player of the year. North's Bill Wagner was named coach of the year.
